Paul has more than nine years of investment banking and real estate development and financing experience, having successfully completed projects in industries including telecommunications, flat panel displays, accounts receivable management, healthcare, software, energy and real estate. Paul's experience has included identifying and securing acquisition candidates, structuring deal terms, obtaining financing capital and managing the due diligence and legal documentation processes through to closing. Additionally, Paul has served in a consultative role, advising clients with respect to capital structure, strategic planning initiatives and new business investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Curtis Financial Group, Paul co-founded Lighthouse Development Partners, LLC, a real estate development firm where he was responsible for raising capital to acquire and rehabilitate several multi-family properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. Previously, Paul spent four years working in a corporate development role for CD Ventures and Gatehouse Ventures, where he successfully consummated several middle-market leveraged transactions.
Paul began his career at Corning Incorporated as a business strategy consultant, analyzing new organic and inorganic high-tech, business opportunities for several of Corning 's business units and presenting subsequent recommendations.
Education
Paul graduated from Carnegie Mellon's Graduate School of Industrial Administration with an MBA, and received a BA in English from The College of Wooster.
Paul holds the NASD Series 7 and 63 Licenses.
