Eric
has over 15 years of investment banking experience on Wall Street
and in the investment banking group of a major money center bank.
During his career, he has assisted numerous companies in raising
more than $500 million in capital through senior and subordinated
debt, as well as through venture capital and initial public offerings.
Eric has represented both sellers and buyers in a variety of mergers
and acquisitions and has prepared numerous valuation analyses and
fairness opinions.
Prior
to joining Curtis Financial in 1999, Eric was a vice president at
Brenner Securities, a Wall Street investment bank specializing in
telecommunications. He also worked in the Institutional and Financial
Futures Group at Drexel Burnham Lambert. He began his career in
Chemical Bank's Investment Banking Group.
In
addition to his investment banking experience, Eric spent three
years as the senior financial officer of an early stage growth company,
where his principal focus was raising capital and acquisitions.
He has served as a presenter on the subject of raising capital at
numerous professional conferences.
Education
Eric earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, where he majored
in Finance. He also holds a BA degree from the University of Rochester,
where he majored in Political Science and Russian language. He holds
NASD Licenses Series 7 and 63.
