Thomas Harvey has twenty years of experience in financial consulting, both within large Fortune 500 Companies and as an outside advisor. Tom’s focus is the design and execution of capital market strategies and solutions for middle-market companies, having worked with hundreds of private and public companies in developing long term plans for growing and protecting shareholder value.
Prior to joining Curtis Tom spent 10 years as a Director in the Strategic Advisory and Merger & Acquisition Groups within Investment Banking at Wachovia Securities Capital Markets, where he worked across a broad range of industries on transactions including corporate sales, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. His previous experience includes serving as Director of Planning for Consolidated Rail Corporation, responsible for strategic and capital planning. Tom is also an adjunct professor of Finance at the Penn State University School of Business, and holds BS and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan.
