Michael
joined Curtis Financial in 1999. His primary focus is performing
business valuations in connection with mergers and acquisitions,
shareholder buyouts, shareholder disputes, litigation support and
gift and estate tax planning. He previously worked as a credit and
lending officer at Trenton Savings Bank where he analyzed the creditworthiness
of and approved loans to small and middle market borrowers. Prior
to that he was an internal auditor at Meritor Savings Bank.
Michael has spoken before professional groups on various aspects
of business valuations, financial analysis, and options.
Education
Michael earned an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Corporate
Accounting from the University of Rochester. He also earned a BS
degree in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University where he
graduated Summa Cum Laude. Michael holds the Chartered Financial
Analyst (CFA) designation and NASD Licenses Series 7 and 63.
