Jason joined Curtis in 2004 after four years in middle market investment banking with Fleet Securities' M&A advisory group and Howard Lawson & Co., a Philadelphia-based investment banking firm. Jason has advised middle market clients in various industries on public and private company mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, private placements, strategic alternatives reviews, and business valuation issues.

Prior to his tenure in investment banking, Jason held positions as an Investment Liason with Nuveen Investments, a Business Analyst with SBC Communications and a Financial Analyst with QVC, Inc.

Jason holds a BS in Economics from West Chester University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. NASD Licenses Series 7 and 63.
