The events are structured as interactive sessions between industry leaders and life science company executives. Our discussion leaders will explore their experiences with those of the other attendees and target deal breakers unique to life sciences companies.

The Secrets of Venture Capital Financing Terms: Many entrepreneurs are focused on the "pre-money" valuation of a venture capital financing round, but the terms establish the real economics. Do you know how to evaluate the economic impact of typical venture capital terms? Will the founding shareholders do better with a "full-ratchet" or by accepting a higher liquidation preference?
