River Community Bank is a rapidly growing $170 million asset community
bank based in Middletown, New Jersey. Two River’s strategy calls
for utilizing its strong capital position to expand its branch network
and support the Monmouth County market by meeting the credit needs
of small and medium-sized businesses and individuals, providing responsive
customer service that is superior to that of large banks in its market
area, and offering innovative products and services.
In connection with the bank’s strategy to obtain additional capital, Curtis provided valuation services to Two River to assist the board in determining a price for a right’s offering to its shareholders.
