hospital which provides inpatient, long-term care, outpatient and
emergency care services for residents of its primary service area
of Sunbury, Pennsylvania.

Curtis Financial Group was engaged by Sunbury to assist the company and its Board of Trustees with strategic planning and evaluating Community Health System’s proposal to acquire the business and assets of the hospital. Curtis’ assembled a team of experienced health care service professionals to evaluate plans for the hospital and quickly prepare a comprehensive valuation analysis for the Board which would be provided to state hospital regulators to approve the transaction. |
