SEOS Limited (“SEOS”) is the world’s largest provider of flight simulator display systems and a leader in developing innovative technology based display solutions. Based in the United Kingdom, SEOS’ shareholders decided to pursue a sale of the business following several years of growth.

The transaction required extreme confidentiality and information control since SEOS was located in Burgess Hill, United Kingdom and several of the most likely buyers were also key customers. Curtis implemented a tightly orchestrated sale process including the use of an electronic data room that secured the confidentiality of the Company’s information and created a highly competitive auction environment.

The process culminated in the acquisition of SEOS by Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL), an international aviation communication and electronic solutions manufacturer.
