RealTime Technologies, Inc. (RealTime), based in North Wales, Pennsylvania, is the developer of a suite of plug-and-play ERP integrated solutions for automatic data capture. RealTime's RT/CIM solutions were designed for integration with BPCS, EAM, PMRS and Movex ERP systems. In late 2005, the shareholders of RealTime, realizing that the Company's RT/CIM solution could be better exploited with a strategic partner, elected to seek a strategic acquirer for RealTime. In July 2006, the assets of RealTime were acquired by Bridgelogix, the leading provider of data collection solutions for the SSA Baan and SSA ERPLN communities. Curtis Securities LLC served as exclusive financial advisor to RealTime in connection with the sale of its assets to Bridgelogix.

Curtis provided a fairness opinion to the Board of Directors of Allen Organ Company in connection with AOC Acquisition Corp.'s acquisition of the musical instruments and electronic assemblies assets.
