Products Ltd. is a UK based company in the art supplies industry that
designs, manufactures, and distributes creative art tools, art supplies,
and craft kits. Under the brand name Color Workshop, P&M’s
feature product is the Blopen™.
The Company’s U.S. management team was responsible for much of P&M’s growth and was given the opportunity to purchase the business from its owners. The young management team did not have the capital to complete the transaction. Curtis was engaged to assist the management team in structuring and negotiating the purchase of the company and arranging the capital to complete the transaction. |
