Oxford County Telephone and Telegraph Company (dba Oxford Networks) is a 103 year-old company that offers a full line of telecommunications services to customers in western and southern Maine.

Upon review of its strategic direction, the company decided it no longer needed a wireless solution to provide communication services. Curtis was hired by Oxford Networks to sell its BTA Authorization for the Portland, Maine market.

The sale by Curtis represented the first successful transaction in the industry in over two years and was the first acquisition closed by Nextel in the industry.
