Noble Fiber Technologies, Inc. is one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States and the maker of X-STATIC®, a silver-coated advanced material system sold for use in consumer, medical, military and industrial applications.

Sauquoit Industries was the developer of the X-STATIC® technology and the only company in the world capable of manufacturing the product.

Realizing the synergistic potential of a combined company, the shareholders of both entities sought to merge the businesses. The shareholders also realized that in order to support their anticipated growth they would need an infusion of growth capital, but the shareholders did not want to lose control of the Company in connection with this financing.

The shareholders of Noble Fiber asked Curtis Securities to help them accomplish their strategic objectives. Curtis Securities advised in the Company’s merger with Sauquoit Industries and initiated and advised the Company in a comprehensive growth capital raising transaction in which the Company received $13 million in growth capital from TL Ventures and DuPont Capital Management.
