New Jersey Broadband sold its interest in all fifteen commercial broadband wireless licenses for the Atlantic City, New Jersey market. Originally funded by venture capital, the investors were seeking to monetize their investment.

New Jersey Broadband has sold its rights to the BRS and EBS licenses of Orion Broadcasting Systems, Inc. The sale represents 84.5 MHz of commercial spectrum in the 2.5 GHz to 2.7 GHz band with the potential to serve 589,000 pops.

Curtis advised New Jersey Broadband, LLC in the sale of its FCC licenses (pending FCC approval) . Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
