In May 2006, Liberty Acquisition Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ambiron TrustWave, a rapidly growing, industry-leading provider of information security and compliance management solutions to businesses in the Fortune 2000 and the public sector, acquired substantially all of the assets and assumed certain liabilities of Lucid Security.
