  Goodritz-Emanuel Insurance was a leading independent insurance agency headquartered in Ardmore, PA. Founded in 1927, the Company served “main street” commercial and higher net worth personal lines customers primarily in the suburban Philadelphia metropolitan area. As an independent agency, Emanuel represented six high-end carriers such as Chubb, Fireman’s Fund and Zurich in addition to specialty carriers for unusual accounts.
 
Curtis was asked to design a strategy that maximized value. We implemented a structured auction process that cultivated several competitive offers and provided our client with the choice that most completed met his goals and objectives.
