Comar, Inc. is a privately held manufacturer of specialty glass and plastics containers and products for the pharmaceutical, medical and personal care industry. Its customers include some of the leading global pharmaceutical companies.

Due to capital and management constraints, the Company decided to pursue a divestiture of its Glass Division. Curtis Securities was engaged to represent Comar in the sale of its Glass Division.

Curtis Securities developed and implemented a tightly orchestrated transaction process that secured the confidentiality of the seller's information and resulted in a successful sale to the Gerresheimer Group GmbH, an international specialty glass products manufacturer.
