Coastline Plastics, LLC (“Coastline”) is one of the top manufacturers of extruded chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (“CPVC”) plastic pipe in the country.

Coastline’s parent company, The Victaulic Company, decided to pursue a divestiture of Coastline as a non-core business. As the parent company’s primary supplier of CPVC pipe for its fire suppression applications, the Victaulic Company required a buyer that would support Coastline’s growth.

Curtis Securities facilitated the carve out of Coastline’s operations and developed a focused transaction process that secured the confidentiality of Coastline’s information and resulted in a successful divestiture to SPEARS Manufacturing Company, a leading developer and manufacturer of thermoplastic valves, fittings and piping system components.
