Beam Radio Panama, S.A., Cellular One Comunicaciones, S.A. and Mobil Radio Panama, S.A. are providers of mobile dispatch communication services in Panama. Comunicaciones Centroamericanas, S.A., is a provider of mobile dispatch communication services in Guatemala.

Curtis Securities was hired to initiate the acquisitions of the dispatch communication companies in Panama and Guatemala and act as exclusive financial advisor to CentroLinc in connection with these acquisitions.
