Michael has more than ten years of corporate finance experience including mergers and acquisitions and financial opinions, including fairness and valuation opinions. Michael has completed hundreds of business valuations in connection with mergers and acquisitions, shareholder buyouts, financial reporting, and gift and estate tax planning.
Michael previously worked as a credit and lending officer at Trenton Savings Bank where he analyzed the creditworthiness of and approved loans to small and middle market borrowers. Prior to that, he was an internal auditor at Meritor Savings Bank.
Michael has spoken before professional groups on various aspects of business valuations, financial analysis, and strategic alternatives.
Michael earned an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester. He also earned a BS degree in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. In addition, Michael completed management and leadership training coursework from Penn State University. Michael holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 Licenses.
